Mr. Versaggi had been teaching Electronic Commerce courses to Graduate MBA students at DePaul University for four years, where he has developed 3 core class in the newly formed eBusiness concentration of the MBA program.
On the professional side he has been involved in implementing all phases of Ecommerce for large and small corporations for the last 7 years as a consultant, web developer, web master, and network administrator.

Mr. Versaggi holds both a M.S. in Computer Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence, and an M.B.A. specializing in International Business & Economics from DePaul University in Chicago, graduating with honors. This is in addition to holding a BA in Computer Science and a BS in Finance and MIS from Alfred University in Upstate New York.

Mr Versaggi's research work has been published numerous times either academic or national journals.

Mr. Versaggi is a noted speaker on the subject of the Internet and Electronic Commerce, and has spoken to the following organizations either professionally or as an invited guest speaker.

Mr. Versaggi was the principle organizer and promoter of one of the very first the successful Chicago Internet business seminar series entitled "Capitalizing on the Internet", and is the Founder & CEO of Versaggi Information Systems, Inc., an eBusiness technology consulting company with personnel located in Chicago and LA. He has been an entrepreneure since 1993.

Mr. Versaggi's notable industry posts have been in RND as a Senior Researcher at CNA Insurance Company, Chief Information Officer at DCPM Corp, in Chicago, and Partner in an Internet Services Startup called Electronic Business Solutions.

Other more notorious posts have been with DePaul University during Graduate School as the Lab Supervisor for Academic Computing Services, running all of the mainframe, PC, and MAC labs for the Lincoln Park, LOOP, O'Hare, and Oakbrook campuses.
